History
Our group started as the Child Population Health Research Task Force of the Society for Pediatric Research. In 2024, we renamed ourselves the Child Health Services and Outcomes Research Network, launched our listserv and website, and held the first-ever CHSOR Network Business Luncheon at the 2024 Pediatric Academic Societies (PAS) Meeting in Toronto.
Our Activities
- We organize and promote the health services research track programming at the Pediatric Academic Societies Meeting. This includes the HSR networking session, annual pediatric health services research reception, CHSOR Network Business Luncheon, and HSR poster and platform sessions.
- We work with Partner Organizations to promote child health services research programming.
- We gather and disseminate information on training opportunities in health services or outcomes research and research centers.
- We recognize and elevate our community’s researchers by handing out awards.
